I operate on the edge of design and art. My search for forms, materials and techniques is accompanied by the joy of handwork, a ludic lightness and curiosity about the world.

As a designer and artist, I look for new meanings in the obvious and non-obvious places and objects.

I do not limit myself to one technique when working with wood.

The utilitarian aspect of the objects I design and make is important in my work.

I look for a new way to construct what is archetypal in a given object typology.
